Shipping Conditions

“Ships By” is the date the product leaves the Storm Creek warehouse – arrival date to your location varies depending on the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days, which should be added to the Ships By date to estimate your arrival date.

Customers who supply a digitized logo file will receive a free logo proof within 24 hours of order placement, via email. Without a digitized file, your free proof will arrive within 48 hours. Your order will not proceed into production until after proof approval via the provided link in the proof email. Proofs approved before 2:00 p.m. CST will go into the earliest production slot available with a minimum of 5 production days. Proofs approved after 2:00 p.m. CST will go into the earliest production slot available with a minimum of 6 production days.

Factors that could delay the “Ships by” date include:

• Decoration types other than embroidery
• Excessive logo edits
• Embroidery stitch counts of 10,000 stitches or more
• Decoration quantities over 500 items – please confirm with customer experience
• Customer delay in responses to decoration changes
• Orders with varying drop-ship locations – typically add 24 hours (additional shipping charges may apply per location)
